Johnathan Llanwellyn is the Headmaster, and possible leader, of Gunnerkrigg Court. He has little patience or respect for Coyote and the rest of the creatures at Gillitie Wood, although he seems to know Ysengrin and calls him "General". His daughter Janet Llanwellyn is in the same class as Antimony Carver.
Personality[]
He is not often seen in the story, but when he is shown, he is, as observed by Annie Carver, to be generally bored while listening to other people talk and prefers talking himself. He may be somewhat strict to his daughter Janet, as she hides her budding relationship with William Winsbury because she is scared of his disproval.

Johnathan is a pale, wrinkled, often bored-looking man with black (or very dark brown, as it appears in some lightings) hair and dark brown eyes. He is only ever shown wearing a tuxedo.
