Aata is a member of The Shadow Men. He seems to have a leading position[1] and is usually seen alongside Shell. He is bald, stout, and usually seen smiling.
Aata has probably worked at the Court for a long time, being present when Juliette was offered to join the institution.
He was shown to be involved in the chase for Jack Hyland during the Spring Heeled chapters, and appeared at The Power Station after Jack tempered with the controls.
He's later seen among the group of people that attempted to take Katerina Donlan away from her workshop, but was dissuaded by Anthony Carver and ended up leaving.
