Bobby is a robot who works in the animal facility where Paz also works. He performs animal handling duties and is capable of determining if an animal is healthy or not (as he did with baby pigeon City Face). He is often seen covered in multiple mice.
He created the pigeon fact sheet seen as Chapter 29's bonus page.
He also typed up the love letter that Paz sent to Kat.
